Where exactly is Causewayz Square located?
Causewayz Square @ JBCC is in the heart of Johor Bahru City Centre, Johor, Malaysia. It sits approximately 600 metres from the CIQ (Customs, Immigration & Quarantine) complex and around 400 metres from JB Sentral, placing it among the closest new developments to the Johor–Singapore crossing.
How far is it to Singapore and the RTS Link?
A planned covered link bridge connects the development toward the upcoming RTS Link Bukit Chagar station. The RTS Link is targeted to begin passenger service by the end of 2026 and is expected to offer a roughly five-minute rail crossing between Bukit Chagar in Johor Bahru and Woodlands North in Singapore. Timelines are set by the relevant authorities and may change.
Is Causewayz Square freehold or leasehold?
All three towers – Axis, Brixton and Dover – are held on freehold land (pegangan tanah selama-lamanya), subject to the terms of the individual titles and any interest restrictions noted in the title.
What is the starting price?
Indicative pricing starts from RM580,300. The registered developer APDL price ranges are: Axis from RM593,600, Brixton from RM691,000, and Dover from RM701,000. Prices, packages and availability are subject to change without prior notice – contact us for the current price list.
Can foreigners purchase a unit?
Yes, foreign purchase is eligible from RM600,000, subject to the prevailing approvals and minimum-price thresholds set by the relevant State Authority. Eligibility and thresholds can change, so we recommend confirming current requirements before committing.
What unit types and sizes are available?
Axis Tower offers Type A studios (366 sq ft) and Type B dual-key units (592 sq ft). Brixton and Dover towers offer Type C (1-bed, 474 sq ft), Type D1/D2 (2-bed, 667 sq ft), Type E1/E2 (3-bed, 850 sq ft) and Type F1/F2 dual-key (3-bed, 850 sq ft) layouts.
What does “dual-key” mean?
A dual-key unit is a single title divided into two separate, lockable sub-units sharing one entrance foyer. It is popular for multigenerational living or for owners who want to stay in one portion while letting out the other.
Is there a short-stay / Airbnb rental management option?
A managed short-stay rental option is intended to be operated by a public-listed operator, providing a hands-off letting pathway for owners. Please note that occupancy levels and rental returns are not guaranteed and depend on market conditions and applicable regulations.
What facilities are provided?
Planned facilities include a sky deck and swimming pool, gymnasium (Power Studio), co-working lounge, reading lounge and other communal spaces, alongside approximately 90,000 sq ft of retail and shoplots within the integrated development.
Who is the developer?
The developer is EXSIM Lumba Kuda Sdn Bhd (202401010179), part of the EXSIM group, based at EXSIM Tower, Millerz Square @ Old Klang Road, Kuala Lumpur.
What is the expected completion date?
The expected completion (Tarikh Jangka Siap) stated in the developer’s Advertising & Sale Permit is December 2030. This is indicative and subject to change.
